Store Policies
** Policies are currently being updated **Delivery is usually 3- 7 days after the order has been fulfilled. Shipping times are dependent upon location but the following are provided as a guideline:
- USA: 3 - 4 business days
- Europe: 6 - 8 business days
- Australia: 2 -14 business days
- Japan: 2 - 8 business days
- International: 10 - 20 business days
Fulfilment times may take slightly longer than usual. We are seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors, shipping and delivery carriers.
CUSTOM FEES AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to additional customs and taxes. This is out of our control and is assessed by your local customs office.
Customs policies vary widely for every country. If you have any queries please contact your local customs office for advice or information.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
These are only available to customers who have the wrong or damaged items. You will need to supply your order number and photographs within 4 weeks of receipt.
